Shooting Game Dominoes

Domino arrangements are already built as lines, curves, or branches, and the player controls the ball that creates the first impact. The important decision is the entry point and force direction. Hitting the side of a piece or the middle of a formation may topple only a small section without carrying momentum into another branch. Follow the orientation and spacing of neighboring dominoes to find an opener that starts the longest continuous path. At a split, check whether the falling piece can contact both directions or whether a connector must be triggered first. Walls and scenery may constrain the ball route, and an excessive diagonal can graze the target. Before moving the ball, trace each chain backward from its final piece and identify where the paths join. A good reaction stays continuous; a stop usually points to the previous contact angle or the wrong starting domino. When a curve stops, inspect the last fallen piece rather than only the first upright one. Its falling face may not reach the correct side of the next domino. A branch needs an impact angle that can continue into both directions, or a dedicated connector must receive the main chain first. After failure, locate the earliest break in the falling rhythm and preserve every section that already worked. Before launching the ball, confirm that a wall will not redirect it prematurely and aim for a solid face of the intended opening domino rather than a glancing edge.
