Progress follows a clear cycle: fight, earn coins, summon units, merge equal tiers, and rebuild the formation. Dinosaurs and archers serve different roles. Dinosaurs belong on the contact line, absorbing pressure and buying time for ranged attackers; archers need protection long enough to deliver repeated damage. After summoning, check for another unit of the same type and tier. Complete an available merge before spending blindly on another summon. Filling the board with scattered low tiers consumes formation space and prevents useful rearrangement. A high-tier unit gives strong power per cell, but concentrating every resource into one dinosaur can leave too little front coverage. When the front collapses early, even powerful archers lose the time required to deal damage. Against a dense enemy front, cover the main approach with durable dinosaurs and place archers where they cannot be reached directly. Against a spread formation, avoid stacking the whole squad on one side and leaving a ranged unit unprotected. After a defeat, identify whether the front line fell too soon, ranged damage was insufficient, or equal units remained unmerged. With limited coins, one confirmed tier upgrade is often better than several random low units. However, when the squad lacks a basic front-and-back structure, fill the missing role before chasing a headline tier. Every victory introduces new resources and enemy arrangements, so inspect the next lineup and rebuild rather than carrying the previous formation forward unchanged.
