Half an apple suggests continuing the existing outer curve. A cup, umbrella, or animal may instead need a handle, canopy, ear, or another identity-defining part. Mirroring is therefore not a universal answer; understanding what the picture represents matters more than perfect symmetry.

Begin near a visible break in the original outline so the new stroke connects naturally. A line that is too short leaves the structure incomplete, while an exaggerated route may be interpreted as an unrelated form. A reliable method is to identify the start, outermost turn, and endpoint before drawing, then connect them in one deliberate motion instead of scribbling over the area.

Later levels move from simple geometric halves to imaginative pictures with fewer clues. A rejected answer does not necessarily mean the line looks unattractive. It often means the defining feature is missing or attached at the wrong place. Recheck the existing axis, direction, and proportion, then change the most important segment rather than adding more complexity to the entire picture.

Holding and dragging creates a continuous line, and releasing submits it for recognition. The result is judged from stroke position, overall contour, and how it connects to the supplied drawing. A recognizable missing feature clears the stage. Omitting the defining contour, using a severely distorted proportion, or drawing in the wrong region requires another attempt. Normal hand-drawn variation is allowed.

- Hold the mouse near an existing endpoint and draw the absent structure with one continuous motion.

- Keep the new section in proportion and reconnect it to the supplied outline at a natural point.

- Release to submit; after a rejection, identify the missing key feature and redraw with that correction.

- Name the object before drawing and ask which feature is absent; this reveals the recognition target more clearly than guessing a curve.

- For a symmetrical object, use the existing half's highest, widest, and endpoint positions as references without copying pixel for pixel.

- Loops and repeated scribbles obscure the contour, so simplify a rejected stroke before adding detail.

- If the shape looks correct but fails, adjust where it connects to the original; a detached feature matters more than a small proportion error.
